Ente Ceramica Faenza

Ente Ceramica Faenza is a cultural association founded in 1977 with the aim of promoting and protecting the activity and development of the ceramic art workshops of the Municipality of Faenza.

Within its framework, the conditions and instruments for the protection of the Faenza ceramics mark of origin were developed through special protective measures obtained at the level of national legislation and through the establishment of special production regulations for artistic ceramics.

In addition to spreading and enhancing ceramic culture with exhibitions and events, in Italy and abroad, Ente Ceramica Faenza organises the Mondial Tornianti (since 1980) and Mondial Tornianti in Tour (since 2017), and supports the organisation of Buongiorno Ceramica and Argillà Italia. Since 2020 it organises Made in Italy, the market exhibition of Italian ceramics, together with the Municipality of Faenza.

Over the years, it has also successfully contributed to the construction of a network of institutional subjects capable of supporting the development of the local economy based on ceramics.
