Luce Raggi
Casa Studio Raggi & Another Fucking Gallery Viale Alfredo Baccarini 48 – 48018 Faenza (RA) – Italy

Raggi’s work is founded upon the assimilation of her everyday experiences be them ordinary or extraordinary. To express her concepts she plays with life and irony as an interesting mental game, communicating through images to the audience.
Luce was born in the early 80’s in Faenza, one of the utmost ceramic cities in Italy, and grow up with a black marker pen in her pocket. She moved to Milan where she studied Illustration at the European Institute of Design (IED) and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brera, partaking also in a one-year exchange program at the London College of Communication (LCC) in the Surface Design and Printmaking department, University of the Arts, London.
Luce has since moved in her personal way into the circles of contemporary art with solo and group shows as well as important art residencies around the worlds. Last ones in Italy but also China, Japan, South Korea and USA.
She is now based in Faenza, where she recently opened Casa Studio Raggi in front of the MIC Museum of Ceramic with her studio and the Another Fucking Gallery, an independent space for contemporary art.
