Who we are

Ceramics is everywhere in Faenza. The art of ceramics is handed down in the city’s workshops, and there are many places to admire and purchase plates, vases, jugs, and other typical products. In these ceramic workshops, artists perpetuate the tradition that has made Faenza famous throughout the world, while experimenting with new expressive languages.

Cooperation between ceramists has led to the creation of co-working spaces and associations for the exchange of know-how.

Tradition and innovation in the field of ceramics meet in the various educational offers that are present in the city, ranging from academic courses to technical ones. Moreover, some workshops organise laboratories where adults and children can experiment with ceramics.

Ceramics lovers will be enchanted by the various museums in the city, including the International Museum of Ceramics (MIC), and the museums dedicated to the great Faenza artists.
